I’m Dr. Holden Chance Mayfield, a physician, fitness enthusiast, and advocate for evidence-based health and wellness. My journey into medicine and fitness has always been intertwined—I’ve spent years studying human physiology, nutrition, and exercise science, not just from a clinical perspective, but also as an athlete and coach. I hold multiple degrees and certifications, including a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.), a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology, and a Graduate Certification in Biomedical Sciences.

As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.), I’ve seen firsthand how preventable health issues like obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease impact people’s lives. Too often, traditional medicine focuses on treating disease after it develops, rather than equipping people with the tools to prevent it in the first place. I wanted to change that.
